SECURITY POLICY
Our Security Policy garantees that the personal details you entrust us with are as safe as can be. All precautions are taken and the most appropriate systems used. In particular, your credit card details entered on this website are encrypted, kept on a secure server for only as long as it takes for your order to be processed, then erased for ever. This is why we ask you to re-eneter them every time you place an order with us.
Similarly when you register with us at the end of your first purchase, your details are kept safe in your own passpord protected account.
MISTAKES AND DISPUTES
Your rights as a consumer are protected by the consumer protection laws currently in force in the UK.
If the goods fail to correspond with their description, are not of satisfactory quality, or reasonably fit for their purpose, and if you notify us within a reasonable time of the problems, we will offer a full refund plus relevant associated losses.
Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments would be corrected as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.

In the unlikely event that you would have to formulate a complaint, Heinz Dennhofer, Owner or his staff should be contacted directly by email or telephone 01661 844622(standard rate), Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm.
Queries sent by email regarding current orders will be treated as soon as possible and usually within 5 working days of receipt.
These Terms and Conditions can be printed by you and will be attached to the email we send you confirming that we have received your order.
