Alt organic wines are made in stainless steel vats with a traditional winemaking process.  They are then de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation at low temperature through a patented aroma recovery method.
Fresh and aromatic.  Notes of strawberry and watermelon.  Well balanced acidity and a long finish.  Perfect for aperitif or with a meal.
