The name Santa Digna was given to the crosses marking the district boundaries of a land. These crosses served to delimit territories and symbolised good fortune and protection for those leaving other climes. Pale yellow white greenish hues. A ripe nose of mango and apricot and gentle nuances of vanilla and coconut. Leading on to a balanced body of intensity and acidity; with a very fruity finish.
