This is a somptuous and silky Cinsault made from grapes grown on bush vines that are between 50 and 200 years old.  
Ruby red with violet hues at the rim.  Fresh and fruity with intense notes of wild berries and soft notes oF spices and country herbs.  Smooth and elegant in the mouth with silky tannins.

Pairs well with white meat, creamy cheese and cold appetisers.
