This Nero d'Avola is a natural wine. Whilst there is no official definition of a natural wine, it is essentially made with minimal intervention, without chemical pesticides, unfiltered and organic, resulting in a wine which is cloudy and with more yeasty aromas than other wines. Classic Nero d'Avola flavours of dark almost roasted fruits - think black cherries and red and dark plums. There is some liquorice and then the finish hints at coffee and bitter chocolate.

Aiosa in colloquial Italian means "plentiful" and this wine has much to offer in flavour and complexity! This limited production red wine hails from Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes grown in Puglia, Southern Italy. The reduced yields and late harvest results in grapes that are concentrated in aromas and flavours. Enjoy!

Mighty and fragrant wine arising from an accurate marriage between Sangiovese and Syrah grapes, partially aged in French oak barrels. Fruity and floral bouquet with spicy hues.

Produced from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes harvested from the hillside north of Verona. "Appassimento" refers to the process by which the grapes are dried for a few months before being pressed and vinified, in this case 30 days before vinification. Bright berry and black cherry aromas and a touch of spice. The palate has all of Valpolicella's appealing fresh cherry and ripe bramble fruit, with the weight and complexity of Appassimento wines. This wine is made with a selection of the very best Nero d'Avola grapes which are grown in the Sicilan areas of Agrigento and Vittoria. Some of the grapes are partially dried before the vinification, giving a wine incredibly rich and concentrated. A juicy organic red from the North Western corner of Sicily. The palate combines perfumed stawberry notes with enticing cherry and blackberry; a burst of attractive ripe primary fruit. Organic.

Made from the noble grape Nebbiolo, cultivated on the Langhe Hills around the town of Barolo in south Piemonte. Following 3 years ageing in large oak casks, the wine develops a light red colour with hints of orange, the nose is complex and spicy, on the palate it is rich, full-bodied with sweet tannins and a dry finish. This Barolo complements game and mature cheeses and is best served at room temperature.

Cabaletta is made using a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown near the town of San Pietro in Cariano in the province of Verona. The oak ageing adds a pleasant roasted and spicy aroma.reminiscent of prunes and cherries. This wine is full-bodied and supple, with long and lingering finish. Perfect with roasted meats and mature cheeses.
