An elegant wine with a smooth texture and body which is ideal with red meat and very mature cheese. Serve at 16 - 18 degrees C.

The hand-picked grapes are sourced from delected vineyards in the Douro Valley, where old vines are planted in schist soil in the " patamares" system. Earthy blackberry, hints of warm vanilla spice on the nose with ripe plummy fruit on the palate and a characterful finish. Delicious with lamb or firm mature cheeses.

Bright and deep ruby. The Nose is loaded and dense perfume of cassis, liquorice and strawberry sorbet is deepened by ocean scents of dried shells and crayfish bisque. Ironstone rock brings earthy notes which give way to dried rose petal and vanilla butter intrigue. The palate is intense, tight, lengthy and exciting. A fresh and succulent entry pulls inward with firm, linear tannins driving the flavours long.

Seriously Old Dirt 2019 displays a brilliant, deep garnet-red colour. This wine delivers layers of fresh fruit on the nose; plum, black cherry, and blackberry along with warm notes of baking spice and vanilla pod. Subtle liquorice and seductive tobacco and hazelnut add a luxurious dimension. Flavours of ripe black cherry develop into lovely mineral notes, along with a lingering finish. Sumptuous and supple, with a line of acidity, giving elegance and balance. Though more firmly structured than recent predecessors, this vintage remains true to the essence of Seriously Old Dirt, with an approachable, youthful energy.

Nice nose of crushed berries. Black cherry, liquorice, elegant on the palate and well balanced. Round wine, good structure with elegant tannins on a finish with slightly oaky notes. The minerality that is specific to Tour St Christophe is well represented here. The property consists of 20 hectares on the appellation of Saint Emilion Grand Cru, ovelooking beautiful centuries-old dry stone terrasses on a clay-limestone terroir. The vineyards are planted at 1050m altitude. The grapes are carefully handpicked during harvest and their fermentation and ageing take place in concrete vat. Ruby colour with beautiful reflections. The nose is marked by delicate scents of morello cherries. The blend is balanced and subtle.

The Rina Russa is made from Frappato, a grape native to Sicily, in region of Vittoria in the South East of the island. An elegant red, which is full of delicious summer fruit flavours. In Sicily they drink it slightly chilled with grilled tuna!

The Queen of the Hive produces the bees that play a vital role in polinating the world's ecosystem. They are responsible for one third of the world's food supply. Bees only survive & thrive in chemical free environments, hence why these certified organic biodynamic estate vineyards in Mclaren Vale are home to so many bees and their powerful, tireless queen. This modern red blend of Shiraz, Tempranillo, Grenache and Mataro give an harmonious, medium-bodied, soft and juicy mouth feel with hints of cinnamon, plum, cherries, finished with silky tannins.

This is a somptuous and silky Cinsault made from grapes grown on bush vines that are between 50 and 200 years old. Ruby red with violet hues at the rim. Fresh and fruity with intense notes of wild berries and soft notes oF spices and country herbs. Smooth and elegant in the mouth with silky tannins. Pairs well with white meat, creamy cheese and cold appetisers.

Warm, open, sensuous nose with aromas of fresh red and dried fruits, brown spices and delicate floral notes. A wine of depth and class which will develop over 20 years or more. Perfect with a veal chop or good buttery pasta, also works well with rich fish dishes such as roast turbot.

The Taylors Pass Vineyard is located on the north bank of the Awatere River in Marlborough. With silty loam overlaying stony gravel, the vineyard consistently produces concentrated Pinot Noir fruit. This wine is perfumed with aromas of black cherry and plum and has a layered and textured palate.

"Years ago when I was just starting out as a winemaker, it was almost unheard of to get French oak wine barrels and American oak barrels were for whiskey, not wine. But we still needed barrels to age our wine, so we purchased new and used bourbon barrels. Today, American and French oak wine barrels are commonplace, so the inspiration for 1000 Stories is a nod to the way things were. We have selected new and used bourbon barrels for these small batches of Zinfandel, which impart characteristics specific to these barrels: charred vanilla, dried herbs and a hint of caramel." This wine is made with a selection of the very best Nero d'Avola grapes which are grown in the Sicilan areas of Agrigento and Vittoria. Some of the grapes are partially dried before the vinification, giving a wine incredibly rich and concentrated. Miopasso Nero d'Avola is a unique and intense Sicilian red, that will enchant you from the very first sip.

This Primitivo displays aromas of dried fruit, exotic spices, white pepper and chocolate. The mouth feel is round and intense, with layers upon layers of soft elegant tannins, vanilla, prunes, coffee. The finish is elegant and persistent and extremely well-balanced. Serve with game, meat dishes and hard cheeses.

A juicy organic red from the North Western corner of Sicily. The palate combines perfumed stawberry notes with enticing cherry and blackberry; a burst of attractive ripe primary fruit. Organic.

This exceptional selection of Malbec, named Petreo, comes from the highest and coolest area of the estate, whose soil of granitic origin is composed by red clay with schists, which make this wine a unique exponent of Cochagua Valley. Malbec Petreo is a lively red wine, floral and it shows, with an amazing depth granted by its distinctive terroir.

A heady blend of 60% Grenache,30% Syrah and just 10% Mouvedre. Chateau Fargueirol Chateauneuf du Pape is a vibrant and spicy Rhone red wine. Elegance and class are the name of the game, with an incredible aromatic profile of ripe black cherry and peppery garrigue in a nicely balanced, structured body, wrapped in silky seductive tannins.
