The name Santa Digna was given to the crosses marking the district boundaries of a land. These crosses served to delimit territories and symbolised good fortune and protection for those leaving other climes. This wine is a clear ruby colour with the spicy, liquorice and blackcurrant aromas characteristic of the grape variety. The wine has a firm backbone with smooth, tightly knit fruit and tannins and long elegant aftertaste.

Tribu Malbec is a vibrant red with violet hues. Aromas of berries and fine herbs with a medium body and round tannins.

A rich red wine from Chile, a world class producer of merlot. Deep in colour and showing ripe plum and berry fruit aromas, this wine is substantial and supple. The palate has soft tannins and a silky texture with plenty of rich weighty fruit.

A deep cherry red with dusky notes of forest fruits and toasts on the nose. In the mouth, the wine has smooth supple tannins underpinned with fine blueberry and a long balanced finish. A modern style Rioja, fruity and approachable while showing elegance and restraint.

At Esk Valley they craft unique wines using traditional methods and local knowledge to bring out the best of every vintage. This Merlot based blend was crafted from grapes grown in the stony soils of the Gimblett Gravels. It was traditionally fermented in open topped fermenters, then aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. A full bodied wine displaying blackcurrant, plums and spice.

The nose of mulberries goes on to reveal redcurrant and blackcurrant aromas. There is an intriguing bitter-sweet character of creme de cassis with a touch of underlying parma violets. Extremely fine red fruit flavours fill the mouth, raspberries come to the fore and are backup up with a touch of buttery, chocolate-truffle richness. A beautifully balance wine. Delicious with steak and grilled meat as well as seared tuna.

Aromas of black cherries, prunes, spice and white pepper. The palate is full-bodied, velvety and elegant, with soft yet firm tannins and a long and lingering finish. Perfect with meat, pizza, most pasta dishes and hard cheeses.

A 60/40 Cabernet Franc and Malbec with a parcel of fine Paarl Malbec. 18 months in oak have left a silky, textural palate with succulent fruit and spicy depth. Naturally fermented. from the Coastal Region of South Africa.

The Rina Russa is made from Frappato, a grape native to Sicily, in region of Vittoria in the South East of the island. An elegant red, which is full of delicious summer fruit flavours. In Sicily they drink it slightly chilled with grilled tuna!

This is a traditional Chateuneuf du Pape with ripe black fruit aromas balanced by lightly herbal, oaky notes. The palate is generous with dark plum and black cherry characters and plump textured tannins balancing the significant 15% alcohol, which is expertly managed and integrated. Try with traditional road lamb, lentil and vegetable moussaka and any rich hot-pot that heavily features aromatic herbs.

Natureo is the fruit of much research, placing Torres at the forefront of high quality de-alcoholised wine since 2008. Made from Garnacha and Syrah, the wine is fermented and barrel aged in French oak. Then the alcohol is carefully removed, thus preserving its full aroma and flavour. A perfect match with pasta dishes and roasts.

Entincing nose of red fruit like plum and cherry, laced with ripe strawberries, nutmeg, cocoa, thyme and black pepper. Smooth on the palate with ripe tannins, a good structure and pleasing concentration.
