Barton Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is a finely structured blend made from hand picked, carefully selected Cape. Barton's logo is the threatened Blue Crane, which breed on Barton's Farm. Barton supports the Overberg Crane Group which promotes the conservation of blue cranes within the Overberg. Deep red colour with a garnet rim. Concentrated berries as well as spice and liquorice can be found on the nose supported by savoury notes. The palate shows dark, jiucy fruit, voluptuous tannins and good wood integration are evident on the finish.
