The vineyards are planted at 1050m altitude.  The grapes are carefully handpicked during harvest and their  fermentation and ageing take place in concrete vat. 
Ruby colour with beautiful reflections.  The nose is marked by delicate scents of morello cherries.  The blend is balanced and subtle.
