Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Casablanca Valley where the vineyards are strongly influenced by the Pacific Ocean and Humboldt Current. Golden orange in colour with aromas of ripe stone fruits, figs and dried herbs on the nose. Animalia has a grassy Sauvignon tang beneath the orange structure, tasty stuff!
