Carmenere Valle Central Brisa Vistamar 2020 (Chile) x 1 Purple red wine with hints of violet. It offers spicy aromas intermingled with red fruits, mocha and vanilla. Outstanding in the mouth are the smoothness and silkiness of its tannins, which together provide a long, pleasant finish.

Packed with dark pastille fruit, this classic Carmenere is aromatic of star anise, hoysin and salt beef, over a palate that is dark and textural but always juicy. Hugely generous Carmenere that demands a second bottle. Great with Chinese ribs, sticky chicken, crispy duck, roast vegetables and hard cheese.
