The combination of scratch spirit & Henners English wine fused with our chosen botanical compote, distilled together in 200 litre copper alembics from which only the purest heart is bottled. This artisanal process preserves our botanical's natural oils which become delightfully cloudy when poured over ice.

Produced in the famous Pays d'Auge region in the heart of Normandy, Boulard Grand Solage provides the perfect harmony between the product of nature and the artisanal labour of the distiller. A blend of different apple varieties produce cider, which is then double-distilled over an open flame, then aged in casks, yielding a Calvados with depth, richness, sought-after by connoisseurs. Nose: fruity, elegant, oaky notes, hazelnut, toast and brioche. Palate: Balanced and harmonious, vanilla notes, oaky, ripe apples. Nice length, elegant and velvety.

Angostura 7 year Old - A blend of light and heavy rums, aged for a minimum of 7 years. Notes of chocolate, coffee, spices and toffee. Serve it over ice and experience the spirit of Trinidad and Tobago.

A fruity bitter liqueur from Luxardo that combines sweet and bitter oranges, bitter herbs and aromatic plants. this is superb in cocktails. Negroni Bianco: 30 ml Gin, 30 ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco, 30 ml Sweet White Vermouth, garnish with pink grapefruit zest. enjoy!
