Olives groves (oliviers in French) and vineyards flourish side by side in the sun-drenched Mediterranean summers of Southern France, where the Grenache and Cinsault grape varieties have been made into rose wine for over 2000 years. The 2 varieties meld together to make a rose which is at once exuberantly fresh and tangy yet soft and smooth, laced with a gentle spice and brimming with the natural richness of ripe fruit. An easy drinking, intensely fruity rose with a dry finish which is refreshingly more-ish and fantastic both with and without food. Best served chilled.

This pale salmon-pink rose is made from a blend of five different grapes which are left for a short time in the tank to extract just enough colour and delicate fruit flavours. Dried cherry and redcurrant on the nose, balanced acidity and a long, vibrant finish. The result is a fresh and fragrant rose, full of warmth.

Sourced from classic Loire grape varieties, Grolleau and Gamay, grown on very typical terroirs of clay and sand. The wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, fragrant fruit before being bottled in March after harvest.
