Fresh, lively and dry, Zero Assoluto is a wine for enthusiasts and connoisseurs; a “Brut nature” with zero residual sugar. On the nose this wine has pleasant and very delicate citrus notes, displaying intense grapefruit and white flowers notes and a slightly persistent yeast note. The same delicate freshness you immediately notice also on the palate, the acidity is pleasant and as a result the wine is balanced, velvety and creamy. Organic.

A blend of Xarel- lo, Macabeo, and Parellada from the Cava Region. Elaborated in the traditional method, aged and matured in the cellars in Sant Saduni d'Anoia. Pale yellow in colour with floral and honey touches, it is fresh, well balanced, fruity with tiny bubbles. Ideal for aperitif and to accompany rice, fish, seafood and braised white and red meat.
