Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Casablanca Valley where the vineyards are strongly influenced by the Pacific Ocean and Humboldt Current. Golden orange in colour with aromas of ripe stone fruits, figs and dried herbs on the nose. Animalia has a grassy Sauvignon tang beneath the orange structure, tasty stuff! Elegant medium-bodied palate, delicate and fresh with juicy sour cherry flavours and a long finish.

This Sauvignon Blanc elegantly combines aromas of fresh peach, pear, lychee and citrus fruit with undertones of tarragon, peppermint and freshly cut grass. Nice crisp finish.

This is a somptuous and silky Cinsault made from grapes grown on bush vines that are between 50 and 200 years old. Ruby red with violet hues at the rim. Fresh and fruity with intense notes of wild berries and soft notes oF spices and country herbs. Smooth and elegant in the mouth with silky tannins. Pairs well with white meat, creamy cheese and cold appetisers.

This Chardonnay is from the Atalayas vineyard in Casablanca, the cool Pacific Ocean breezes allow the grapes to develop slowly and elegantly. Part fermented in steel vats and part in French barrels to ensure feshness and complexity. Notes of fruit, honey and a delicate toasty finish, ideal on its own or with food.

Entincing nose of red fruit like plum and cherry, laced with ripe strawberries, nutmeg, cocoa, thyme and black pepper. Smooth on the palate with ripe tannins, a good structure and pleasing concentration.

This bright Viognier has expressive aromas of apricot, peach and orange and a fresh juicy palate. This is the perfect wine to serve with many Chinese dishes, particularly sweet and sour chicken or prawn.

This is a beautiful estate grown Merlot from Caliterra, a grower focused on a sustainable viticulture philosophy; environmentally friendly techniques, habitat conservation and supporting the local community. Juicy plum fruits, with hints of oak, from the 10 months of ageing, and gentle soft tannins. The Quillay tree, with its evergreen foliage, surrounds the Caliterra vineyards and the forested slopes, creating a magnificent biodiversity with other Chilean native species. The conservation of this flora and fauna at the Caliterra Estate is part of our commitment to hand crafting wines under a sustainable philosophy.

This is a more subtle Viognier, of a delicate yellow shade. A nose of citrus and crisp apples with subtle hints of banana and blossoms. The palate is beautifully balanced, with soft gentle flavours throughout, with a prolonged finish of citrus and floral notes.

The name Santa Digna was given to the crosses marking the district boundaries of a land. These crosses served to delimit territories and symbolised good fortune and protection for those leaving other climes. This wine is a clear ruby colour with the spicy, liquorice and blackcurrant aromas characteristic of the grape variety. The wine has a firm backbone with smooth, tightly knit fruit and tannins and long elegant aftertaste.

Light, crisp and refreshing, this mouth-watering sauvignon blanc is full of citrus flavours of grapefruit and lemon. Try with seafood or spicy Asian food.
