Caro is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels made by the tonnellerie des Domaines Barons de Rothschild in Pauillac. Adobe is a line of organic reserve wines that reflects the highest quality of the vineyards and a deep respect for the environment and its workers. Everything used to make this organic wine is of natural origin. Light ruby red in colour with aromas of fresh strawberries with subtle notes of dark spices and a touch of minerality. Elegant medium-bodied palate, delicate and fresh with juicy sour cherry flavours and a long finish.

The Gil family have been growing Monastrell grapes for over 3 generations on the highest slopes of Jumilla. The Monastrell bush vines are adapted to this extreme continental climate in the area and produce wonderfully concentrted Monastrell. A rich deep cherry colour with aromas of dark black forest fruits, sweet spices and hints of smoke and anise. Produced from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes harvested from the hillside north of Verona. "Appassimento" refers to the process by which the grapes are dried for a few months before being pressed and vinified, in this case 30 days before vinification. Bright berry and black cherry aromas and a touch of spice. The palate has all of Valpolicella's appealing fresh cherry and ripe bramble fruit, with the weight and complexity of Appassimento wines. Passitivo is produced using only the best Organic Primitivo grapes grown in low-yielding vineyards in Puglia, Southern Italy. A portion of these grapes are dried (APPASSIMENTO) to concentrate their aromas and rich full flavours. PASSITIVO has a deep red colour and a complex bouquet reminiscent of cherries, raspberries and red currants. The ageing adds a pleasant roasted and spicy aromas and makes this full-bodied and supple wine perfect with roasted red meat and mature cheeses.

A wine of real presence and character, vivid vinous aromas of ripe red fruits combine with a wild edge of the real French countryside, the palate is supple and lithe, the deep smooth tannins wholly integrated to form a rich satisfying finish. The hand-picked grapes are sourced from delected vineyards in the Douro Valley, where old vines are planted in schist soil in the " patamares" system. Earthy blackberry, hints of warm vanilla spice on the nose with ripe plummy fruit on the palate and a characterful finish. Delicious with lamb or firm mature cheeses.

Seriously Old Dirt 2019 displays a brilliant, deep garnet-red colour. This wine delivers layers of fresh fruit on the nose; plum, black cherry, and blackberry along with warm notes of baking spice and vanilla pod. Subtle liquorice and seductive tobacco and hazelnut add a luxurious dimension. Flavours of ripe black cherry develop into lovely mineral notes, along with a lingering finish. Sumptuous and supple, with a line of acidity, giving elegance and balance. Though more firmly structured than recent predecessors, this vintage remains true to the essence of Seriously Old Dirt, with an approachable, youthful energy.

Nice nose of crushed berries. Black cherry, liquorice, elegant on the palate and well balanced. Round wine, good structure with elegant tannins on a finish with slightly oaky notes. The minerality that is specific to Tour St Christophe is well represented here. The property consists of 20 hectares on the appellation of Saint Emilion Grand Cru, ovelooking beautiful centuries-old dry stone terrasses on a clay-limestone terroir. Each vintage of the Signature is named in honour of an individual who has made a significant contribution to the culture and traditions of Yalumba. This one is dedicated to Louisa Rose, Yalumba Chief Wine maker at Yalumba since 1991. Since 1962, the finest red wine of the vintage has been hand selected and matured in our cellars in Angaston as "The Signature". This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz from premium Barossa vineyards and befits the quality Yalumba tradition forged over 47 vintage releases. 21 months maturation in French, Hungarian and American oak barrels crafted at the Yalumba cooperage has contributed to a wine with structure, elegance and longevity.
