Macabeo

Toca means touch in spanish and they chose the name because everything about this Cava bears the mark of the hands and natural elements that made it. Even the steep contour lines of the Serra de Tallat mountain range, which shelters the vines, look like fingerprints. Bright, pale golden yellow with a steady stream of fine bubbles. Ripe and complex nose with hints of brioche. On the palate, it shows good structure and excellent balance between ripe fruit and acidity. Vegan.
