Our parents planted their first vineyard in the Nelson region in 1973, pioneering modern grape growing and winemaking in the South Island. What began as a dream to grow and make their own wine now also involves the second generation of winemakers, all fully committed to sustainable winegrowing. Heidi, Chris & Anna Seifried. Pale straw colour with some green hints. Crisp and fruity white wine with pear and apple aromas. On the palate this surprising wine has an interesting creamy texture, is well-balanced and is above all else refreshing and dry.

Adobe is a line of organic reserve wines that reflects the highest quality of the vineyards and a deep respect for the environment and its workers. Everything used to make this organic is of natural origin. A complex nose of citrus notes, grapefruit and lime with a subtle touch of bay leaf. Smooth palate bursts with citrus freshness, good volume and persistence. Ideal with shellfish, but also with sushi and pasta with seafoods or as an aperitif with fresh cheese.

This tropical Sauvignon Blanc shows aromas of sweet melon, green figs and fruit punch, with hints of spice and cut grass. The palate is fresh with a dash of guava, zippy acidity and lingering finish.

This Sauvignon Blanc elegantly combines aromas of fresh peach, pear, lychee and citrus fruit with undertones of tarragon, peppermint and freshly cut grass. Nice crisp finish.
