Alt organic wines are made in stainless steel vats with a traditional winemaking process. They are the de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation at low temperature through a patented aroma recovery method. Crisp and refreshing, notes of citrus and green apple, well-balanced acidity and long finish. Perfect as an aperitif or to with a meal.
