The Gil family have been growing Monastrell grapes for over 3 generations on the highest slopes of Jumilla. The Monastrell bush vines are adapted to this extreme continental climate in the area and produce wonderfully concentrted Monastrell.  A rich deep cherry colour with aromas of dark black forest fruits, sweet spices and hints of smoke and anise.  Full-bodied with good structure and balance, soft, juicy tannins and a long elegant finish.
