Sourced from classic Loire grape varieties, Grolleau and Gamay, grown on very typical terroirs of clay and sand.  Pale strawberry pink in colour, this wine has delicate summer pudding aromas and a round, medium-dry palate with balancing and refreshing acidity. A lovely aperitif or brilliant with any kind of spicy Asian cuisine, Mediterranean food, salads,  picnics or simply on its own.
