This Chianti is produced using only 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in low-yielding vineyards in the province of Florence, in central Italy. The wine has a lovely ruby-red colour with a bouquet reminiscent of cherries, wild berries and prunes. On the palate, it is medium bodied, soft and smooth and bursting with delicious gentle tannins. Enjoy it on its own or with most types of cheeses and meat.
