Fantastic vintage sparkler from Northern Italy. Fresh and elegant with white flowers and citrus notes. The palate is complex with brioche, citrus and apple fruit characters giving a lovely weight and texture. The mousse is fine and persistent. Will pair a number of grilled fish or poultry dishes, but also try it with sushi!

The ideal fizz. Lightly aromatic with ripe pear, brioche and lemon curd characters, this Frizzante style with its gentle bubbles makes a wonderful aperitif.
