This Vegan Roussanne wine is an example of innovation in viticulture.  The renowned Yalumba Vine nursery sourced, propagated and grew these rare exotic Roussanne vines before planting them high in the hills of the Eden Valley.
Reminiscent of walking through wild flowers, camomile, lavender and rose. Flavours include white peach and vanilla, custard layered over grapefruit.
Three different vineyards contribute to the electric array of aromatics and flavours.  Wild ferment.  Vegan.
