This elegant red wine is produced using Corvina and Rondinella grapes grown in the commune of San Pietro in Cariano, in the province of Verona, northern Italy. Bright red colour with cherry notes on the nose, it is dry with a slightly bitterish aftertaste. Serve with roasted meat, pasta dishes, game and cheeses.
