This wine comes from a recently planted vineyard, Nuovo Quadro, on our La Battistina estate in the Gavi region.  Produced from the local Cortese grape, this is a fresh, delicately aromatic style of dry white with pear and citrus fruit characters balanced by crisp acidity and gently nutty flavours on the finish.  Served chilled as an aperitif or with seafood and fish dishes.
