Rose d'Anjou AOP 1749 Pierre Chainier 2022

Sourced from classic Loire grape varieties, Grolleau and Gamay, grown on very typical terroirs of clay and sand. The wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, fragrant fruit before being bottled in March after harvest. Watermelon pink, with summer pudding aromas on the nose. The medium-dry palate has red apple, some perfumed white peach with a balancing, refreshing acidity on the finish. Don't knock it, try it! A lovely aperitif or brilliant with any kind of spicy Indian or Asian cuisines.

Natureo is the fruit of much research, placing Torres at the forefront of high quality de-alcoholised wine since 2008. Made from Garnacha and Syrah, the wine is fermented and barrel aged in French oak. Then the alcohol is carefully removed, thus preserving its full aroma and flavour. A perfect match with pasta dishes and roasts.
